The Concept - Why Mentoring?

The core purpose of F2F-Trust is to provide two parallel e-training programs for rural women (mentee) who have talent/skills for handcrafting, and for those unemployed/inactive mature women (mentor), who have past working knowledge/experiences, who may be living in regional rural areas or in cities. This e-training program will provide these rural women with further vision and understanding of digital markets and e-commerce together with the mentoring concept and how they can benefit from mentoring which will aim to develop their micro-entrepreneurship and e-marketing skills for the purpose of properly converting their handcrafting efforts into more efficient income.

For these reasons, F2F-Trust is offering two parallel e-Training programs and further encouraging the long term collaboration of mentors and mentees.
